My name is Katherine May, and I am a music producer, composer, and songwriter based in Los Angeles. I am passionate about creating music that drives storytelling in immersive sound worlds, whether that is through melodic lines, lyrics, or sound design.
I also work in music coordination and licensing in studio settings, as well as entertainment operations and administration.
I studied piano performance at the Juilliard Pre-College Division, and graduated from Carnegie Mellon University studying Electronic Music Production, Business Administration, and Music Technology. In my free time, I love painting, DJing, vintage shopping, and rewatching Martin Scorsese films.
