As the Head of Sound Design, I oversaw the sound designer team and managed the production timelines of soundtracks across 16 fashion lines, totaling to 2+ hours of curated music in various genres and styles.

• Team Leadership: Recruited, interviewed, and managed a team of 7 sound designers, ensuring consistent collaboration. 

• Creative Matching: Paired fashion line designers with sound designers based on genre compatibility and artistic preferences. 

• Cross-Department Coordination: Worked closely with the Model Team to synchronize music timing with choreography and runway pacing.

• Production Management: Scheduled regular check-ins with production heads and tracked deliverables to keep all sound assets on timeline.

• Show Day Execution: Supervised audio setup and sound quality, including live level adjustments and technical troubleshooting.

• Asset Organization: Managed demo submissions, tracked revisions, and organized all final files for seamless integration during the live show.
